All support goes directly to a real person at RedAntelope — usually Alex. We read every email, we reply to most within a day or two, and we genuinely appreciate the bug reports and feedback.

Before you write

Check these first — they answer most of what lands in our inbox.

Mark My Day

  • How do I join the TestFlight? Email us at support@redantelope.com and we’ll send an invite.
  • Does it work with my existing Obsidian vault? Yes — point Mark My Day at the same vault folder. It reads and writes the same Markdown format.
  • Where does my data live? Wherever you choose: on-device, iCloud Drive, Obsidian Sync, or RedAntelope Sync. You can switch at any time.
  • Is my data encrypted? Local data stays on your device. Cloud data is encrypted in transit with JWT-authenticated TLS.

Flux News

  • Why do I need a Miniflux server? Flux News is a dedicated Miniflux client — that’s how we stay free of ads, subscriptions, and tracking.
  • Can I use it without self-hosting? Yes. Several hosted Miniflux providers exist, or you can run one on a Raspberry Pi or a $5/mo VPS.
  • Where do I get my API token? In Miniflux, go to Settings → API Keys → Create a new API key.
  • Why isn’t it on the App Store yet? It’s in active development. Join the beta list to be notified at launch.

Response times

We aim to reply within 1-2 business days. Critical sign-in or data issues go to the top of the queue.

Privacy

Emails you send to support are read only by the RedAntelope team and are never shared, sold, or used for marketing. If you’d rather remove any information we’ve stored about you, just ask.
